Libertyville Honda, a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights. Responsibilites:

• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations – Manage and optimize all dealership operations, from sales and service to customer relations and financial performance.
• Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.
• Drive Sales & Profitability – Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to Honda and the Murgado Automotive Group.
• Operational Excellence – Monitor and analyze performance metrics, budgets, and sales targets to maintain peak operational efficiency.
• Community Engagement – Represent the dealership in the Libertyville community, building strong local partnerships.

Qualifications:
• Proven Leadership Experience in a high-volume, automotive dealership environment.
• Strong Business Acumen with expertise in financial analysis, sales strategies, and operational management.
• Customer-Centric Approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.
• Ability to Inspire & Motivate a team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
