SWOT Hospitality Management Company is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic General Manager for our new project in Milos.
As the General Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in the successful launch and operation of this new luxury hotel property. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest experience, team management, financial performance, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and establishing operational procedures and standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive key results and initiatives while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, directing efforts to maximize profitability and revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a guest-centric culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, stakeholders, and the local community to support business objectives.
• Utilize guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor department managers and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, ensuring the property remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Previous pre-opening experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
• Strong financial skills, including capacity to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and building lasting relationships with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
