Our client is looking to appoint a seasoned senior executive into a wide-ranging General Manager position within a growing and evolving business setting.
This role will play a key part in supporting current organisational goals, contributing to forward planning, and leading across multiple functional areas. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to help drive business initiatives and support ongoing development over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the planning, assessment, and implementation of business initiatives

• Lead and align activities across a broad range of business functions
• Support the achievement of business goals as priorities continue to develop
• Strengthen team capability and contribute to overall organisational performance
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, risk management, and shifting business priorities
Requirements:
Essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and provide ongoing support across functions
• Confidence operating in a business environment with changing priorities
• Sound commercial judgment and well-developed decision-making ability
• Ability to work effectively across a variety of business disciplines
Preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or across multiple operating locations
• Background in project-led, operational, or asset-heavy environments
• Exposure to regulated sectors or industries with multiple stakeholder groups
Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of AUD 300,000 - 350,000
