Job Description

As the General Manager (Data & Technology) at Octal Philippines Inc., you will lead the strategic direction and management of our data and technology divisions. You will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technology infrastructure, and ensuring that data initiatives align with business goals. This senior leadership role demands a visionary leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, shaping technology strategy, and championing a data-driven culture to accelerate the company's growth and competitiveness.

Your role will encompass setting operational priorities, managing budgets, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring the highest standards of data governance and security.

Requirements:
- Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.

- Manage P&L for both functions.

- Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.

- Manage team development across both technical skill sets.

Must-Have Experience:

- Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.

- Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).

- Experience in an agency or professional services environment.

- Direct P&L ownership.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

- Experience with web development (WordPress, React, etc.).

- Strong client-facing experience.
