The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including guest experience, staff management, and financial performance while promoting the highest standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of Corfu Palace, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial objectives and maximize profitability.
• Enhance the guest experience by fostering a guest-centric culture and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a high-performing team aligned with the property’s vision and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and drive occupancy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guests, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain quality standards across all departments.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience pre-opening luxury hotels is highly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels and foster a positive work environment.
