We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant location. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, a visionary approach to business growth, and a commitment to motivating and developing talent.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and drive profitability
• Oversee all operational functions, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development and performance excellence
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners
