General Maintenance Technican (Night Shift)

We are looking for a dependable and proficient General Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to carry out routine and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of facility during overnight hours. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining diverse range of building systems.

Responsibilities Include:

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities equipment. 

May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facility problems and report them to the supervisor.

May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and process specifications. 

May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary for maintaining facility assets. 

Ability to climb and work from a ladder. 

Ability to access above ceiling and below floor spaces. 

Performs routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established.

Capability to learn and work on fire safety systems, paint and caulking applications, carpet installation and drywall patching. 

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of prior experience.

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.

Security Clearance: Top Secret(TS/SCI) w/CI Poly.

Clearance Level Required: Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph

Travel: No

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
