What You'll Be Doing::
• Support the month-end close process by accurately recording accruals, prepayments, and foreign exchange differences, and by preparing inventory reconciliations in coordination with the operations team to investigate and resolve variances.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits; respond to audit inquiries and ensure timely and accurate submission of requirements across multiple entities.

• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, verify cross-entity balances, and assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet schedules to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

• Record financial transactions, maintain vendor master data, process purchase invoices, perform clearing account reconciliations, generate financial reports, and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc finance and audit requirements.

• Has a solid foundation in general accounting principles, with the ability to support APAC entity operations, manage service providers, and assist in month-end closing activities.

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work, ensuring completeness and reliability of outputs.

• Undergraduate students that are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with a strong academic standing.

• Must be enrolled with a nine (9) academic units or less in the current and/or upcoming semester.
