General Labourer

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of General Labourer at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.

The General Labourer is responsible for assisting with various tasks throughout the shop, including but not limited to, quality inspections, forklift operation, and saw cuts. The primary responsibility of the General Labourer is to improve efficiency and quality in operations.

This position reports directly to the CNC Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Move jobs between departments as required

Inspect completed jobs to ensure accuracy and quality

Perform saw cuts as required

Assist with CNC machine maintenance

Perform general custodial duties on shop floor as required

Maintain a safe, clean and well organized work area

Work within deadlines and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications:

Strong work ethic

Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to work independently or as part of a team

Exceptional attention to detail and able to ensure quality standards are upheld

Technically skilled with the ability to multitask
