General Labourer (Seasonal)
CBO Earthworks – Lacombe, AB
Full-time | Seasonal
Hiring for mid March, beginning of April
CBO Earthworks is hiring skilled, full-time General Labourers to join our team for the 2024 construction season. We're looking for hard-working individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites
Operate hand and power tools, and assist equipment operators and foremen as required
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Follow directions from site supervisors and comply with safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from Head Office in Lacombe
Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in physically demanding conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks
Prior construction experience is preferred, but not required
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed
Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal
