Shine is hiring a full-time Window Cleaner/General Labourer for residential exterior cleaning services.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor labour position with uncapped performance-based pay. Top performers earn $30–$40+ per hour through hourly wages, tips, and weekly performance bonuses.

Job Duties

• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Exterior cleaning and property maintenance

• Deck staining and deck painting
• Ladder work (above one storey)
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Full-time availability
• Construction, landscaping, general labour, or maintenance experience is an asset
