Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with event setup. This role involves assembling booths, moving materials, and ensuring event spaces are properly prepared before event. Must be available the weekend of April 17!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup of event booths, displays, and equipment
Load, unload, and move event materials, furniture, and supplies
Assemble booths, tables, signage, and displays
Ensure event spaces are organized, clean, and ready for attendees
Support event staff with general labour tasks as needed
Safely use basic tools and equipment
Follow safety procedures and directions from event supervisors
Qualifications
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with physical work such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours
Previous event or labour experience is an asset but not required
Work Environment
Fast-paced event environment
May involve indoor or outdoor work
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends
