Shine is hiring a full-time Window Cleaner/General Labourer for residential exterior cleaning services.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor labour position with uncapped performance-based pay. Top performers earn $30-$40+ per hour through hourly wages, tips, and weekly performance bonuses.

Job Duties

• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Exterior cleaning and property maintenance

• Ladder work (above one storey)
