We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Labour to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of finished products, maintaining company standards, and supporting production processes. Key duties include:

• Inspect Finished Products: Perform thorough examinations of finished products, ensuring proper height, shape, color, and consistency meet company standards for in-process systems.
• Quality Control: Conduct block checks, remove defective pieces from pallets or boards, and replace them with quality pieces. Tasks may vary based on the assigned production line, product, or process.
• Material Handling: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and accurately.
• Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift, move, and handle heavy materials or products as required by the production process.
• General Labour: Perform a variety of elemental tasks and other labour-related activities to support production and operational needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

• No Prior Experience Necessary: We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
• Physical Fitness: This role requires the ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds. It’s a dynamic position involving a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and engaging in physically demanding tasks.
• Precision and Skill: Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination are essential to perform tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Focused and Detail-Oriented: High levels of concentration and a commitment to thoroughness ensure quality results in every task.
• Collaborative Team Player: Bring your team spirit and willingness to work together in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• Recognizes the importance of showing up on time every day to maintain production flow and team performance.

Flexible Shifts to Fit Your Life

The Individual will start on the Week Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM, by July they will be on the Weekend Day Shift: Friday to Sunday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

*Please note once on the Weekend Day Shift there will be $6/hour shift premium.
