💰 Compensation & Schedule

✅ Competitive wages: $21.43 to $21.96/hour

🌙 Weekend shift premium: +$5.00/hour

🕔 Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM

🛠️ Your Role

As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅.

You will:

🔍 Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency

🚫 Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces

📦 Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment

🏗️ Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment

⚙️ Assist machine operators with daily production tasks

🧹 Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas
