This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to aid daily in the manufacturing environment. Required tasks may include but are not limited to, cutting/shaping of aluminum, loading/unloading of material, sheeting trimming, printing process, application of material, shop duties and assisting in various departments and tasks. The duties and responsibilities are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient shop while also supporting the overall tasks given by the Supervisor on any given day.

· Understand plans and requirements for each task

· Quality Control management

· Working in tandem with various areas and team members

· Assisting in the manufacturing process

· Use of hand or power tools

· Inspection of work and ability to diagnose problems and correct them

· Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor

· Perform all other duties as assigned

· Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks in a timely manner

· Strong communication and organization skills

· Ability to multitask in a highly active setting

The hiring range for this position is $16.90 - $21.00 per hour.
