Who is Senior Flexonics Pathway?

Senior Flexonics Pathway is the leader in the engineering and manufacture of high-quality metal expansion joints, damper products and fabric expansion joints. We are dedicated to  creating the highest quality products and developing unique design solutions that meet the complex challenges inherent in industrial processes. We offer the opportunity to be a part of our team crafting these critical, technically challenging parts that are installed in facilities all over the world.

Using sandblasting equipment, forklifts, and carpentry tools. Responsibilities include moving equipment/loading trucks with forklift, sandblasting or cleaning a variety of surfaces for the painting process, and packaging equipment for shipment within boxes and crates.

• Adheres to all safety rules and uses proper personal protective equipment.
• Organize and maintain work area to achieve safe, clean and efficient operations.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Operate industrial truck to move materials around facility.
• Work with lumber/crates/skids packaging products appropriately to prevent damage in transit.
• Operate air powered abrasive blasting equipment to remove mill scale, rust and other foreign matter to prepare for the paint process.
