General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, cleaning, assembling, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

Assist in setting up, maintaining, and taking down work areas, tools, and equipment.

Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks, pallets, or containers.

Clean and prepare work sites, removing debris and maintaining a safe workspace.

Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Provide support to skilled workers, supervisors, or other team members as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous general labor or construction experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to [X lbs.]).

Willingness to work indoors/outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials safely.

Comfortable working in varying environments (hot, cold, wet, noisy).
