What we are looking for!
RWS Group is looking for US-based General Data Annotators who will provide high-quality annotations to support AI Voice capabilities, enabling natural, human-like conversations.

Typical Tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, human likeness, and expressiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze conversational audio to accurately segment and label individual speakers.
- Compare AI and human responses to assess fluency, coherence, and realism.
- Assess synthetic speech by detecting errors in pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation.
- Provide structured feedback to enhance AI model accuracy and performance.
- Maintain high attention to detail and follow evaluation guidelines consistently.
- Must be able to receive and implement quality feedback from the project team

(Training will be provided post hire).

Equipment you will need
- A personal computer, with access to high-speed internet access
- Windows or Mac OS X operating system
- Windows 10 is required, older versions are not supported
- MacOS latest 4 versions: Ventura, Monterey, BigSur, Catalina

Job Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English (US)
- Located in any of the following states: CA (except SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (except NY City Area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI.
- Ability to work part-time, a minimum of 20hrs per week (approx. 4 hours per day M-F) no exceptions
- Undergraduate associate’s or bachelor’s degree required
- Detail oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to meet deadlines, responsible, reliable, and communicative
- Up-to-date knowledge of US culture and news is a bonus
