Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing international business group with operations across Indonesia, Singapore, and other key Asian markets. Their portfolio spans financial services, technology, and consulting, with ambitious cross-border growth plans.

They are currently seeking an experienced General Counsel to lead their legal and compliance function in Indonesia, while also supporting international operations, particularly in Singapore.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university; Master of Laws (LL.M.) or international law degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience, ideally including in-house counsel experience in international or regional companies.
• Proven experience in both Indonesian and Singaporean law (including company law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance).
• Strong knowledge of cross-border business regulations and contracts.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent legal drafting skills in both languages.
• Experience with group structures, holding companies, and international tax/legal strategies is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
