Client has an opportunity available in their Los Angeles office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice;
Ideal candidates will have experience (i) representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; (ii) representing companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions; and (iii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs.
• Associates with three to five years of general corporate, public securities and/or capital markets experience,
• Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm,
• have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
