HP Industrial, as part of HP Printing, focusses on the needs of print service providers within the graphic arts industry. In this industry, HP Indigo & HP High Speed Inkjet (PWP) serves various segments, such as commercial printing and packaging printing. These markets are currently in a transition from analogue to digital printing, in which HP is the driving force and clear market leader. HP Indigo produces digital presses for General Commercial Printing (GCP) as well as the labels and packaging industry (Labels & Packaging).

We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our General Commercial Printing (GCP) team in the Netherlands.

What can you expect?

• New customer acquisition and long-term customer support

• Strict pursuit of agreed sales and market development targets

• Contract and price negotiations as well as professional and technical customer advice

• Continuous monitoring of target customers, trends, the market and competition

• Conception and implementation of sales strategies relevant to target groups

• Collaboration with and support of sales colleagues

• Customer appointments in the Netherlands.

• Customer events & customer demos in our Experience Centre in Barcelona

What do we expect?

• Successfully completed studies in printing technology or economics

• At least 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, primarily in the general commercial printing industry in The Netherlands, for high value & high quality investment goods

• Comprehensive technical expertise and industry knowledge as well as a network in the commercial printing sector in the Netherlands.

• High level of customer orientation, confident demeanor and strong communication skills, negotiating skills and confidence in closing deals

• Consultancy skills regarding technical printing and investment-related customer issues at C-level.

• Deep understanding of the competition (in the general commercial printing business) - both the positioning strategy and the technology in order to create competitive advantages for HP.

• Innovative spirit and sense of trends regarding future industry developments

• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English

• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and willingness to travel
