Title: Evening General Assistant/ Term-time only (30 weeks)
Location: Oxford, Parks Road
Salary: £14.06 per hour
25 hours per week - Monday to Friday / Part-time
Working hours: 
Monday 4pm-8pm/ Tuesday 5pm-10pm/ Wednesday 4pm-8pm/ Thursday 5pm-10pm/ Friday 3pm-8pm

Job Description
As an Evening General Assistant you will…
• Assist in serving dinner events according to established menus and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house and back of house areas including organising and washing dishes and utensils.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
• Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
• Ideally have experience working within catering
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
• Fun and enthusiastic
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Have a flexible approach to work
