Title: General Assistant
Location: JCB DOVE VALLEY PARK, 1000 PARK AVENUE, FOSTON, DERBY DE65 5BX
Hourly Rate £12.21
43 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business.
 
Job Description
As a General Assistant you will…
• Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
• Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
• Ideally have experience working within Hospitality 
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
• Fun and enthusiastic
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Have a flexible approach to work
