ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Posting deals New, Used, Wholesale, Fleet and Dealers Trades. Appx 250 deals in busy months

Ensuring all rebate receivables from manufacturers and other organizations are tracked and kept on record.

Reconcile various account balances.

Other office administration duties as assigned by Controller, helping Controller on month ends

Post licensing logs, F&I aftersales and daily fundings from DealerTrack

Daily/monthly schedules clean up

Manage Factory rebates

communicate with sales managers + GM on various discrepancies and regarding unit count to verify all deals received

Reconcile and make F&I warranty remittance cheques (FCPP, Optiom Plus, Auto Guard, etc.)

Chattel used vehicles on daily basis – List & back up received by Used car manager

Post all commissions

Reconcile Hold Back schedule

Floorplan reconciliation

RST reconciliation

Covering other candidates on vacation.

Lien payouts and maintain lien payables schedule.

Reconcile Deposit, VR and funding schedules on daily/weekly/monthly basis and follow up aging receivables with sales and fleet departments

This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Solid accounting mindset in accounting basics and open to learn.

Sensitive in number matching and reconciliation.

Ability to process mass volume of transactions efficiently.

Highly self-motivated individual, ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills.

Well-organized and detail oriented.
