Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for a highly skilled General Accountant with strong experience in NetSuite and advanced Excel proficiency to support a time-sensitive data migration project. This is a short-turnaround role, with a preferred ASAP start date, aimed at helping the team finalize the NetSuite data migration and support ongoing accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the final phases of NetSuite data migration, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Review and reconcile migrated data against legacy systems.
• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and working files in Excel.
• Collaborate with the internal finance and systems teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure a smooth migration process.
• Support ad hoc general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of general accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
• Experience with data migration projects or ERP implementations.
• CPA or equivalent certification (a plus but not required).
