Objectives :
• As a General Accountant, you will be tasked with managing account entries, documents, payments, and finances for the company.
• You may supervise administrative and other accounting staff, but your primary responsibility is handling and recording internal financial transactions as well as financial transactions with the company’s clients and affiliates.
What you will do:
• Scrutinize financial statements for accuracy and make sure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Review account books and examine accounting systems to ensure they are efficient and follow all accounting procedures mandated by the company and the government
• Evaluate financial operations and advise management on ways to improve practices and procedures
• Maintain accurate and precise financial records, keep them organized according to company standards
• Become familiar with and follow internal guidelines for the position
• Make and document the company’s payments
• Work as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly
• Keep documentation of all internal transactions
• Be in charge of tax for a Vietnam entity
• Display excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• 3-5 years of experience experiences working in General Accountant position, refer to have experience in Game/software industry
• Advanced in accounting software, MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good teamwork with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Nice-to-have experience in working with ERP system
