Job Description
Are you a data professional with a strong vision for the future of analytics? Do you get energy from building capabilities, guiding teams and shaping nextgeneration analytical solutions powered by semantic modelling and modern data engineering?
Then this might be your next career step.
Datashift is looking for a GenBI Manager to lead and strengthen this innovative domain within our Analytics practice. You combine strategic thinking with technological curiosity and understand how modern analytics can fundamentally change the way organisations work with data.
Your Role
As a GenBI Manager, you are the driving force behind our nextgeneration analytics offering. You will:
Lead the GenBI capability within Datashift
• Develop and refine our GenBI vision: semantic layers, naturallanguage interaction and intelligent analytical systems.
• Safeguard quality, client satisfaction and the growth of this domain.
Build strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and translate them into modern analytical solutions based on semantic modelling.
• Help organisations evolve POCs into scalable, valueadding implementations.
Take endtoend ownership
• Steer project outcomes, team performance and solution quality, even in complex environments.
• Challenge deliverables with a clear vision of value, without needing to be the deepdive technical expert yourself.
Develop and inspire your team
• Coach consultants in modelling, engineering principles and pragmatic delivery.
• Build an entrepreneurial, collaborative and qualitydriven team culture.
Shape Datashift’s GenBI strategy
• Contribute to Datashift’s broader strategic development.
• Represent our GenBI vision — internally and externally — clearly, confidently and inspiringly.
