Como GenAI Technical Leader, serás responsable de liderar y supervisar el diseño y la implementación de nuestras soluciones de inteligencia artificial generativa.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de arquitectura y desarrollo para definir la arquitectura de las soluciones, asegurando que se alineen con las necesidades del negocio y los objetivos técnicos.

Tu papel será fundamental para garantizar la escalabilidad, la eficiencia y la seguridad de las soluciones.

Experiencia y Conocimientos Indispensables:

• Grado de Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicación) o Licenciatura en Matemáticas o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un rol de liderazgo técnico.
• Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de sistemas basados en IA Generativa.
• Conocimientos sólidos en lenguajes de programación como Python o React.
• Experiencia en el uso de librerías y frameworks de IA como Langchain, Llama-index o PydanticAI.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de APIs y servicios web utilizando FastAPI.

Experiencia y Conocimientos Deseables:

• Experiencia en el diseño de sistemas de IA en la nube (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experiencia en Kubernetes.

Habilidades Requeridas:

• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
• Habilidades de comunicación efectivas, tanto escritas como verbales.
• Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.

Otras Habilidades a Destacar:

• Familiaridad con las prácticas de DevOps y Agile.
• Experiencia en la gestión de soluciones de IA en entornos de producción.
• Conocimientos en ciberseguridad y protección de datos.
