DEINE ROLLE
GenAI-Strategie für Softwareentwicklung: Du kombinierst agiles Mindset mit Methoden generativer AI. Konkret berätst du unsere Kunden, wie sie ihre Softwareentwicklungsprozesse mit AI nachhaltig effizienter machen und die Qualität messbar steigern.
Analysiere Toolchain & Plattformen: Du analysierst bestehende Toollandschaften und empfiehlst passende GenAI-Tools (z. B. Copilot, Cursor, ChatOps, MCP-Integrationen) inklusive Architektur-Blueprints.
Prozesse & Governance: Du definierst mit unseren Kunden Richtlinien, Guardrails und Rollenmodelle, damit AI-Einsatz sicher, compliant und auditierbar bleibt.
Gestalte den Change: Du gestaltest Einführungsprogramme, Schulungen und Coaching-Formate, damit Teams GenAI im Alltag wirklich nutzen – nicht nur auf Folien.
Hands-on Engineering: Du bist dir nicht zu schade, mitzuentwickeln – von PoCs bis hin zu Referenzimplementierungen im Standardstack (z. B. Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue).
Kundenbeziehungen & Thought Leadership: Du begleitest relevante Stakeholder, moderierst Workshops und bringst deine Erfahrungen in Fachkonferenzen, Communities und interne Formate ein.
DEIN PROFIL
AI-native Mindset: Du nutzt selbst AI-Tools im Alltag, verstehst ihre Stärken und Limits und kannst das in saubere, sichere Engineering-Ansätze übersetzen.
Background in Engineering & Architektur: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur, idealerweise im Backend (z.B. mit Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), im Frontend (z.B. mit TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue) oder Fullstack und ein Abschluss in einem IT-nahen Studium.
Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke: Es fällt dir leicht, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge für unterschiedliche Stakeholder (Entwicklung, Management, Compliance) verständlich zu machen.
Prozess- und Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung mit modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) und deren Optimierung – idealerweise bereits mit AI-Unterstützung.
Compliance & Security Awareness: Verständnis von Datenschutz, IP-/Lizenzthemen und Sicherheitsanforderungen im Kontext von GenAI in Unternehmen.
Hands-on: Du verbindest konzeptionelle Stärke mit Umsetzungswillen, arbeitest eng mit unseren Engineering- und Kundenteams zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
