Geleneksel Kanal Satış Bölge Müdürünün başlıca sorumlulukları, bölgesindeki yıllık iş planlarını geliştirip büyümeyi gerçekleştirmek, Red Bull girişimlerini yönlendirip Temel Performans Göstergelerini (KPI'ları) takip ederek Red Bull şirketini Dağıtım Ortaklarıyla (Distribütörler ve Toptancılar) temsil etmektir. 

Bu rol Ankara yerleşik olup, Çankırı, Çorum ve Kırıkkale'den sorumlu olacaktır.

Bayi Yönetimi

Sorumlu olduğu bölgede dağıtım yapan distribütörler ile Red Bull arasındaki ticari ilişkileri yönetmek 

Satış ve dağılım hedeflerini gerçekleştirme doğrultusunda çalışmak

Distribütör Satış Takımına Koçluk Yapmak

Distribütör satış, muhasebe ve lojistik ekiplerine Red Bull ürünleri ile ilgili bilgilendirmeleri yapmak, hedeflerin realize edilebilmesi için gerekli motivasyonu sağlamak

Takım ruhu ve yüksek iş birliği anlayışı ile distribütör çalışanlarının ve satış ekiplerinin Red Bull ürünlerine odaklanmalarını sağlamak sürdürülebilir başarıyı yakalamak

Distribütör satış performanslarını verilere dayanarak incelemek, aylık iş değerlendirme toplantılarında distribütör üst yönetimiyle paylaşmak, performans geliştirici önerileri tespit edip beraberce değerlendirmek
