Support the Global Customer Services (GCS) Sales & Commercial organisation by strengthening coordination, enabling smoother execution of go-to-market (GTM) activities, and ensuring the right inputs are available to develop high-quality assets, communications, and enablement initiatives.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive GTM & Enablement Specialist to support the GCS Sales & Commercial organisation.
This role plays a key part in ensuring our go-to-market activities run smoothly, with a strong focus on coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the GTM & Enablement Director and team to ensure that all required inputs, updates, and materials are consolidated and aligned across portfolio areas (i.e., Success, Consulting, Unified Support, and Product Training).
The role supports the preparation and execution of enablement activities, asset development, and internal communications, helping to ensure consistency and quality across all GTM outputs.
• GTM & Enablement Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate enablement activities (e.g., all hands, drop-ins, community sessions)
- Support planning and organising agendas, and follow-ups for key sessions
• Stakeholder & Input Management
- Act as a central coordination point between portfolio owners, GTM (Jira), and enablement teams
- Gather, consolidate, and validate input required for assets and communications
- Proactive follow-up to ensure timely and complete information
• Asset & Content Support
- Prepare and structure inputs for asset creation (e.g., presentations, templates, supporting materials)
- Support formatting and consistency of materials where required
- Maintain templates and ensure alignment with agreed standards
- Support management of content repositories (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring accessibility and structure
• Communications Support
- Support preparation of internal communications (e.g., compiling inputs, drafting initial content where needed)
- Coordinate inputs for key updates (e.g., new services, releases, enablement initiatives)
- Support leadership in the preparation of QBRs, including coordination of inputs, materials, and key messages
- Ensure all required information is available to support communication activities
• Operational Support
- Track requests, deliverables, and key activities across the portfolio
- Support coordination of cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and general team support as needed
• Continuity & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with the GTM & Enablement team to stay informed on ongoing marketing-related activities, messaging, and priorities
- Maintain awareness of key GTM initiatives, asset development, and communication plans through regular coordination and updates
- Support the operational execution of GTM and enablement activities (e.g., tracking inputs, preparing materials, coordinating timelines)
- Ensure key information, materials, and updates are documented and accessible to support continuity
- Provide coordination support during periods of absence within the GTM & Enablement team, ensuring activities continue to progress in line with established direction
Overall, this role acts as a central coordination point across GTM & Enablement activities, ensuring that inputs, materials, and stakeholders are aligned to support the effective execution of assets, communications, and enablement initiatives, while maintaining continuity across the portfolio.
Essential:

• Excellent presentation skills, with attention to clarity and structure
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail (especially in content and materials)
• Proactive, structured, and process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
• Proven experience in enablement, operations, marketing, or sales support roles, ideally within a B2B or enterprise environment
• Strong experience creating and working with professional presentations and sales materials (PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership of tasks and deadlines
• Experience working closely with sales, presales, or commercial teams, with a strong understanding of how they operate
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions, driving alignment and follow-through
• Experience supporting internal communications, enablement activities, or go-to-market initiatives
Desirable:
• Experience in a GTM or sales enablement environment is a plus, particularly within services or enterprise software
• Understanding of commercial concepts, service offerings, or sales lifecycle processes
• Exposure to working in a global, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
