Job Description

BD Medication Management Solutions busca un Field Service Engineer dedicado y con fuertes habilidades técnicas para unirse a nuestro equipo de Global Customer Services. En este puesto clave, serás responsable de ofrecer soporte técnico presencial de alta calidad así como atención a usuarios finales o a los equipos de ingeniería electromédica en centros sanitarios.

Tu misión principal será realizar el mantenimiento y la puesta a punto de nuestras tecnologías médicas avanzadas, incluyendo sistemas automatizados de dispensación de medicamentos. Esto incluye ejecutar instalaciones, mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo, la máxima fiabilidad y el cumplimiento de la normativa de Medical Device Regulation (MDR).

Responsabilidades:
Realizar soporte técnico y formación en sitio o de forma remota, incluyendo instalación, mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo, cumpliendo con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio establecidos con el cliente.
Construir relaciones efectivas con clientes, tanto a usuarios finales, como contactos en otras aeras técnicas (IT, electromedicina, dirección de sección, etc.)
Proporcionar un servicio al cliente ejemplar, escalar preocupaciones técnicas y de satisfacción cuando sea necesario y mantener la responsabilidad hasta la resolución.
Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes internos que apoyen y fomenten el crecimiento comercial y las eficiencias operativas, manteniendo altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
Mantener documentación precisa, informes y registros en nuestros sistemas de gestión de servicio al cliente, cumpliendo con los KPI y la normativa de dispositivos médicos.
Gestionar la planificación a corto y largo plazo de manera eficiente sobre la región asignada, asegurando el uso adecuado del tiempo y que todas las herramientas estén calibradas.
Construir y mantener un inventario eficiente de stock en el vehículo.
Proporcionar apoyo en las investigaciones sobre las quejas de los clientes y cualquier otro problema que pueda surgir.
Trabajar con el líder del equipo GCS durante el proceso de evaluación, estableciendo objetivos y metas para proporcionar un desarrollo personal efectivo.
Apoyar el crecimiento de los ingresos, el ahorro de costes y la eficiencia operativa, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una alta satisfacción del cliente
Apoyar y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva para impulsar la mejora continua del funcionamiento del servicio, manteniendo el foco en las reclamaciones.

Requisitos
Formación Profesional de rado medio o superior en electrónica, electromecánica o similar, O experiencia profesional equivalente.
Valorable Formación en Ingeniería, eléctrica o electrónica o Tecnico Superior en electrónica o electricidad.
Valorable experiencia demostrable de trabajo en un sector de servicio técnico en entorno de Hospital y/o electromedicina.
Sólida experiencia y conocimientos en TI, incluyendo sistemas operativos Windows, tecnologías de redes, resolución de problemas y configuración. (Deseable certificación CompTIA Network+).
Enfoque al cliente y un historial demostrado de prestación de un servicio y reparación de alta calidad en entornos de alto volumen y presión.
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y profesionales, con capacidad para comunicar, promover y vender productos y propuestas de valor relacionados con servicios.
Permiso de conducir.

Rango salarial del puesto: EUR 35,000 - EUR 50,000
