WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Consulting Services, you will work on client missions and act as a bridge between ADP Services and the client’s team. You’ll use your expertise to ensure clients are successful in their relationship with ADP.
You will receive diverse client’s request nd help the GCS team assess and define each client’s needs. You’ll partner closely with client teams to achieve project goals, leveraging your functional expertise and ADP network.
Your client missions might include:
o Acting as a functional Subject Matter Expert, supporting client teams to become independent in using ADP Products or payroll processes.
o Delivering training sessions and facilitating workshops on payroll, HCM, or process improvement topics.
o Leading blueprinting, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
o Supporting data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.
o Guiding clients through user acceptance testing, parallel testing, and go-live phases.
o Ensuring all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedules.
o Advising on process improvement opportunities and documenting actionable outcomes.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

You are an expert in one of the below areas:
o Payroll (preferably ADP GlobalView, Celergo/Streamline, or similar platforms)
o HCM implementation projects
o Project management applied to HR or payroll processes
o Consulting on payroll or HCM topics in a client-facing capacity

Demonstrated experience with implementation projects (end-to-end or key phases)
Appetite for continuous learning and adapting to new products, processes, and markets
Ability to build relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including finding the right people to solve problems
Experience working with clients from different countries or in a cross-country environment
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other SAP HCM systems or major payroll/HCM platforms
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
Workshop facilitation or training delivery experience
Multilingual skills
