💼 About the Role

As the GBS Stakeholder Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rwanda’s Global Business Services (GBS) sector.

You’ll work closely with the GBS Growth Lead to position Rwanda as a premier GBS destination, driving strategy, partnerships, policy alignment, and sector visibility. This is a strategic, high-impact role that blends relationship building, ecosystem engagement, policy insight, and market development.

🌐 What You’ll Be Doing

Building and strengthening high-level relationships across the GBS ecosystem

Driving integrated communications, marketing, and investor positioning

Contributing to sector policy, funder reporting, and job creation tracking

Supporting market readiness and competitiveness among GBS operators and SMEs

Leading inclusive skills development initiatives for sustainable sector growth

Enabling long-term partnerships and investor aftercare

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Global Business Services

Minimum 5 years working in Rwanda

Fluency in English; Kinyarwanda & French are an advantage

Must reside in Kigali
