Garnishment Specialist

Position: Garnishment Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly via email, fax, software, phone, and other communication methods.
• Process and enter garnishment orders accurately and timely.
• Notify relevant parties (employees, agencies) appropriately.
• Assist in accurate, timely garnishment account reconciliations.
• Manage and update client and employee records.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of garnishment calculations.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Self-starter with sound business judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience/training preferred.
• Experience with payroll, garnishments, and/or multi-state PEO employers preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.
