Entain is seeking a motivated Gaming Manager to join our team for the Bulgarian market. In this role you will be part in managing our gaming content strategy for our bwin brand. Your primary responsibilities will include defining roadmaps for game releases, ensuring that games and providers align with market preferences, cross team collaboration and reporting on game performance to drive data-informed decisions.

As a Gaming Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to optimize our gaming portfolio and enhance player engagement.

Responsibilities / What You’ll do

• Road Map Management: Manage and update the casino roadmap to ensure the market receives content aligned with customer preferences. Oversee game portfolio expansion by coordinating game submissions to the regulator as part of the roadmap process.

 
• Lobby Management: Ensure the casino lobby remains modern, appealing, and competitive through data-driven optimization. Continuously improve customer engagement by leveraging data insights for monthly lobby updates.

 
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Support CRM and other marketing teams by providing guidance on which gaming content and campaigns to promote, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and performance trends.

 
• Issue Monitoring: Monitor casino and customer support channels to identify and address any issues related to games not functioning properly.

 
• Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the online gaming sector.

• Proven experience in the online gaming sector for at least three years. Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English are essential for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including marketing, product, compliance and external partners
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• A strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with a passion for enhancing player experience and engagement
