Game Producer

The Role
We run the Gaming Vertical like a hacker house. Small team, fast cycles, constant shipping. We launch 1-2 projects per month: mini-games, consumer apps, crypto-native experiences. Each developer owns a project end-to-end. No committees, no endless planning cycles. Just building and shipping.

You'll be the operational backbone of our Gaming Vertical. Your job is to make sure nothing slips, nothing blocks, and everything ships on time.

You'll orchestrate a small internal dev team, manage external freelancers (marketing, design, specialty work), run stand-ups, and keep the entire production machine running smoothly. You're the person who knows exactly where every project stands, what's blocking it, and what needs to happen next.

This isn't a "write Jira tickets and schedule meetings" role. This is a "make this happen" role.

What you’ll do

• Own production across multiple concurrent projects (games + consumer apps)

• Run tight project management with developers

• Manage freelancers and external vendors (marketing, design, QA): brief them, hold them accountable, cut them if they underdeliver

• Track budgets and find cost efficiencies without sacrificing speed

• Identify blockers before they become problems and clear them immediately

• Keep the Head of Gaming fully informed

• Maintain project documentation that's actually useful: roadmaps, timelines, spend tracking

• Coordinate releases, launches, and go-to-market timing across teams

What you’ll need

• Experience in game or app production: you understand dev cycles, pipelines, and what "done" actually means

• An deep interest in Crypto and Gaming

• Track record of shipping products fast (not just planning them)

• Hunger to build things, explore new technology and move quickly

• Experience managing freelancers and external vendors

• Strong organisational instincts: you naturally track everything and hate loose ends

Nice to haves

• Background at a game studio, startup, or agency environment

• Heavily use AI & active on tech twitter and/or CT

• You've been a founder or in a founder-adjacent role
