About the Role:

We are looking for charismatic, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Live Casino team as Live Casino Dealers. As a dealer, you will host Baccarat live-streamed casino games engaging with players in real-time while ensuring fair and smooth gameplay. No previous
experience is required—comprehensive
training will be provided.

Key Responsabilities:

Host and operate live casino table games in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain a high level of energy and engagement during live broadcasts

Follow game rules and internal procedures to ensure fair play and compliance

Collaborate with other team members and technical staff to ensure a smooth broadcast

Maintain a professional appearance in line with brand standards

Work in a shift-based environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

Basic-medium level of English

Confident, charismatic, and comfortable in front of a camera

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Team player with a proactive and flexible mindset

Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Previous experience in entertainment, customer service, hospitality, or performing arts is a bonus, but not required
