Playtech‘s Poker Integrity Team is looking for an adaptable Game Integrity Specialist who has strong analytical skills and understanding of Poker games.
Your influential mission. You will...
• Monitor real-time and historical poker gameplay for suspicious patterns and rule violations.
• Detect and investigate instances of player collusion, chip dumping, account sharing, and bot use.
• Identify and act on signs of Real-Time Assistance (RTA) and other illegal third-party software.
• Use statistical tools, reports, and internal systems to flag gameplay anomalies.
• Log case details accurately and escalate significant findings to Game Integrity Managers.
• Initiate account freezes, funds holding, and other responses per game integrity protocols.
• Conduct reconciliation of affected player balances when game integrity violations are confirmed.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Finance and Compliance, to resolve complex cases.
• Contribute monthly summary reports and participate in knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Assist with pre-subject access request documentation and AML alerts when relevant.
• Adhere strictly to internal data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Support the evolution of detection tools and internal workflows.

• Previous experience within the iGaming industry.
• Background in fraud investigation and/or risk management.
• Knowledge of bot detection and automated abuse patterns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
