Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. In this exciting role, your initial focus will be on , a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay.

Role

We are looking for a Unity C# Game Developer who has been a primary contributor to the Game architecture, Feature development, and design for several casual games. You will collaborate with a variety of experts: Product Managers, Game Artists, Game Developers, Tech Engineers, Monetization Managers, Data Analysts...

• Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists

• Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity

• Adapt and work within an existing code base, enhancing its functionality, stability and performance

• Provide guidance and share your expertise

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results

Profile

• Advanced Unity knowledge (3y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, particle systems, Zenject, Assemblies, etc.

• A critical thinker and a problem solver with a keen eye for identifying problems in workflows and processes (and driving them to a resolution)

• Previous experience and exposure to the game production process (as part of a game dev studio or otherwise)

• Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimisations, with a strong focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times

• Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games would be a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset

• Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail

• Speak and write English
