As a member of the design team, you will:

• Learn to design and create fun, immersive gameplay mechanics and/or meta-game features for racing games.

• Balance gameplay and progression systems to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

• Maintain clear and thorough design documentation.

• Analyze and benchmark reference games to inform design decisions.

What you need to succeed 

• Eligible for an internship agreement with a School or University.

• Basic knowledge of game design principles (3Cs, learning curves, difficulty balancing, pacing & progression, accessibility…).

• Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Intermediate level of English.

• Able to visually communicate ideas using tools like Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, SketchUp, etc.
