• Create clear asset briefs, references, and technical guidelines
• Review work-in-progress and final assets, providing constructive, actionable feedback
• Ensure assets meet visual style, performance, and engine requirements
• Support and validate asset implementation in Unity, including prefabs, materials, LODs, and basic scene setup
• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate revisions and approvals with the Art Director and internal team
• Maintain clear communication across time zones and disciplines
What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with common Digital Content Creation tools and workflows (e.g., Blender/Maya, Substance, ZBrush)
• Strong understanding of Unity’s asset pipeline, real-time rendering, and performance considerations
• Ability to work closely with designers and engineers to ensure assets are correctly set up and game-ready
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to give clear feedback and maintain quality under indie production constraints
Pluses
• Prior experience on indie or small-team game projects
• Hands-on background as a 3D Artist or Technical Artist
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting 3D assets directly in Unity
• Experience working with international vendors or distributed teams
• Familiarity with stylized art pipelines or specific genre requirements
• Shipped titles or live projects involving outsourced content
We Offer
• Competitive compensation package.
• Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
• Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
• Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field
