The Enrollment Services Unit at the University of the District of Columbia is seeking four dependable, customer service oriented Student Workers for the Spring 2026 semester. As an essential part of the Enrollment Services team, student workers will provide front desk support by welcoming and assisting students, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments, and responding to questions with patience, clarity, and a strong service mindset. In addition to frontline support, student workers will assist the Admissions Department and Admissions Operations Processors with organizing and maintaining student records, processing admissions related documents, and completing a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and preparing materials. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical, as these tasks support key processes within Enrollment Services. Student workers will also support the coordination and delivery of campus tours by guiding prospective students and their families, sharing helpful information about the university, and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
Qualified candidates must: • Be currently enrolled at the University of the District of Columbia • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude • Show strong time management skills and maintain good attendance • Show a commitment to providing excellent customer service This is a customer service centered position that offers valuable experience in student services, university administration, admissions operations, and campus engagement within a supportive and dynamic environment.
