Possible Titles: Paraprofessional | Behavior Interventionist | Scholar Support Trainer
At Destine Preparatory Charter School, our School Culture and Scholar Support team is the steady, caring force that helps our scholars grow into their best selves academically, socially, and emotionally.
If teachers are the heartbeat of the school, this team is the regulator of rhythm. You help keep the pulse strong, calm the spikes, and step in exactly when a scholar needs support, structure, or a reset.
You’re the person who notices the early signs.
You step in before small moments become big ones.
You help scholars learn not just what to do, but how to do it better next time.
This work is fast-paced, deeply human, and incredibly meaningful.
This is an evergreen pipeline posting for future School Culture and Scholar Support roles focused on behavior support, SEL, and restorative practices. We hire as the school grows and as needs arise throughout the year.
