Hi, I’m Keiran, Jane’s Executive Recruiter. I’ve been at Jane for close to six years, and this is the most exciting phase of the company I’ve been part of.

Jane is a B2B SaaS platform that helps allied healthcare professionals run their practices. We’ve grown to $100m+ ARR with a strong foundation in Canada, and over the last couple of years we’ve been expanding into the US.

As we scale, we’re also evolving how we build. We’re looking for leaders who are builders at heart, excited by transformation, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape how AI improves healthcare workflows in a real, practical way.

Jane exists to help the helpers. Hundreds of thousands of allied health professionals trust Jane to run their healthcare practice so they can focus on what they do best: caring for their patients and communities. The physiotherapists, chiropractors, counsellors, massage therapists, and clinic owners who use Jane every day are the backbone of community healthcare. They keep people moving, healing, and feeling better. We take the admin off their plate so they can do more of that.

We're a team of 800 people strong, founder-led and profitable. We've grown almost entirely through word of mouth because practitioners genuinely love what we've built.
