About the Future AI Global leaders program

Mistral AI is launching the first cohort of its 1-year Program, featuring a tailored track for recent graduates (≤ 2y of experience). This program is designed to master AI and bridge the gap between research, engineering and real-world impact.
Over one year, you’ll rotate through hands-on projects in AI development, deployment, and customer engagement, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of cutting-edge solutions.
This program, built for ambitious graduates and aspiring entrepreneurs is offering mentorship, diverse rotations, and the opportunity to collaborate with a global cohort of innovators to solve frontier challenges.
We’re looking for exceptional talent from top universities to join our cohort. As part of the program, you’ll receive mentorship from industry leaders and contribute to projects that redefine what’s possible in AI.

Program Track - Applied AI & Engineering

• Work on state-of-the-art GenAI applications, from consumer products to industrial use cases.
• Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams to develop complex high-impact, scalable AI use cases.
• Assist in the deployment of AI models, including fine-tuning, RAG, and Agentic workflows.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology.
• Receive mentorship from experienced AI professionals and contribute to several projects.

About you

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained from a top University in 2024 or 2025 in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, and have excellent communication skills. You are at ease explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are low-ego, collaborative and eager to learn.
• You have signs of exceptional value work such as Olympiad medals, papers published at conferences, open-source contributions, or merit-based scholarships.

• Talents from all around the world will be welcomed in our Paris office for their training
• Rotations in our different offices worldwide to work on our different projects through our acceleration program

At the end of the track, you will have

• Built unique technical expertise on Applied AI and foundational models
• Developed and deployed performant models on highly complex use cases for global leaders
• Shipped entire projects owning a massive scope and associated exposition
