What You Will Be Doing
Visiting customers in their homes or commercial sites to inspect and repair upholstery, leather furniture, cabinets, work surfaces, and beds
Diagnosing issues and carrying out repairs to the highest standards
Recording accurate information and returning documentation promptly
Striving for first-visit fixes and meeting quality targets
Promoting care kits where applicable
Maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring your vehicle and tools are in top condition
Feeding back ideas and innovations to help us improve
Any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves:
18+ with a full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
A love for hands-on work and problem-solving
A professional, customer-first attitude
Experience with leather, wood, or furniture repairs
Familiarity with different furniture brands and models
Previous customer-facing experience
Bonus Skills:
Eagle-eyed attention to detail
Great communication and time management
A proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to follow systems and procedures
Willingness to take initiative and bring fresh ideas
