Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Lead (Full-Time, Year Round)

Seattle Boat is hiring for a lead funshare & Fuel Dock member! This position is full time, year round.

Compensation: $22-24/hour
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
Location: Seattle/Lake Union

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team leader for seasonal staff
Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members and seasonal staff
Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks
Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, fuel dock customers, and seasonal staff
Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided)
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
18 Years of age or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!)
Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed
Willingness to work holidays as assigned
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and train seasonal staff
A good work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic computer skills
Strongly Recommended:
Boating experience
A love for being on and around the water
Prior experience working with POS systems
Prior shift - lead experience
