Fundraiser Sales Agent (Remote Opportunity)

What You’ll Do

Engage potential donors through outbound calls and communication

Present fundraising campaigns in a compelling and professional manner

Build rapport and trust to secure donations

Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals

Accurately track and document donor interactions

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (required)

1 year of fundraising experience 

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Must have a laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and headset

No previous employees eligible for this role

Compensation & Schedule

Base pay + bonuses for every donation secured

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR

Monday–Friday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
